Brad D Isham Head Coach/CEO As Head Coach and CEO, Brad Isham oversees the development and direction of the Cincinnati Marlins, and serves as the National group lead coach. Brad brings to the Cincinnati Marlins 20+ years of experience in coaching competitive swimming at all levels. Prior to the Marlins Brad was Head Coach at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, Ohio from 2001-2017.

While at Countryside Brad demonstrated success by winning 2 YMCA Team National Championships and by coaching high performing swimmers whose achievements included Olympic Trials Qualifiers, Senior and Junior National Qualifiers, and 94 YMCA Individual National Champions. Additionally, Brad was named YMCA National Coach of the Year in 2000, 2005, 2014.

Brad also served as Head Coach for Ursuline Academy (UA) from 2009 - 2017. Under Brad’s leadership, UA won 2 Ohio High School State Championships and 6 GGCL Conference titles. Brad earned several High School Coach of the Year honors as Head Coach at UA. Brad was Head Coach for Kings High School for 6 years prior to coaching UA. Brad is a native of Canton, Ohio.
